Companies team up as AccuWeather seeks to build on recent record of 300% growth in video views across all devices.

AccuWeather, the world’s largest and fastest-growing weather media company as well as the leader in weather-related data, business and analytics, and JW Player, a leading independent video platform, today announced that it has integrated the leading video player technology, JW Player, to support and accelerate its ongoing expansion in video delivery.

 

The partnership comes after a year of tremendous growth in video for AccuWeather, during which the company received more than 650 million video views across platforms—a 300% increase from the previous 12 months.
